I chose Ibis for its convenient location near the Cathedral Treasury. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that pets and service animals are not allowed at this property. Additionally, I liked that the hotel offers a hot beverage and a piece of fruit to take away, as well as a satisfying meal at the on-site restaurant.

The room felt small and below the usual Ibis standard, more like an Ibis Budget. It was also disappointing that there was not a blade of grass around the hotel for those travelling with a pet.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering reasonable prices and excellent service. The attention to detail is evident, with clean and comfy rooms that are small and basic but have efficient air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing local knowledge and assisting with taxis. The basic amenities are up to par and the breakfast is excellent, with fresh food and good quality coffee. The location, right off a roundabout, makes it easy to find and access, while also providing a quiet and peaceful stay.

The guestrooms at Ibis Auch are super comfy with amazing beds and a perfect workspace for my laptop. The free WiFi and air conditioning were a real bonus too. The private bathroom was clean and had a great shower and hairdryer. I loved staying here as a bike rider.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of the LED televisions in the rooms. But hey, that's just my preference.
